I currently work as a student programmer for my campus athletics division, where I write scripts in ASP.NET that interact with Oracle databases and XML. I also create Flash content for them using Actionscript and XML, stream press conferences, and take photographs on the field during football games.
I became interested in programming computer graphics and film production when I was seven years old. The movie "Jurassic Park" came to theaters during the Fall of that year. I saw dinosaurs come to life all because a group of computer scientists wrote ground breaking code that has laid the path to a whole industry of visual effects software.
I spent most of my childhood and high school years trying to find out how they created such amazing work. I started with QBasic and have worked my way up to the object oriented languages. My search for knowledge has led me to the edge of knowing how to generate virtual 2d and 3d worlds. It has become my goal in life to explore this field.
